I’ve used herb scissors before, I think they’re pretty useful for chopping chives but not great with thick stems. I’d be interested to see one of those windmill watermelon cutters in ep2

I've got a garlic grinder, it's brilliant! I also use it to grind ginger, chillies, and even tomatoes for bruschetta or to go on toast with cream cheese and basil. Super versatile!

See those herbs cutting scissors are also sold as shredding scissors, for shredding up paper with personal info on. Even then they only work on paper, try cutting an address label on a plastic or bubble wrap envelope and it clogs right up.
