I was born with hearing loss, so in many ways without hearing aids, Know what this is kind of like. I was 7 years old when I first saw this.

I know every other comment is about how this album is a masterpiece….That’s because it truly is. Not only is an amazing metal album, but it transcends the genre. The musicianship is on a classical level. Their chemistry is outstanding. It was the right album at the right time. It was raw and aggressive, but yet refined and calculated. I absolutely love to see younger generations hear Metallica (especially this album) and get it. On every one of these reaction videos, there is always a genuine look of amazement on these people‘s faces. We are talking about a band that has a 42+ year career and can still sell out a stadium.

For someone who's never really listened to Metallica before, or at least not much, the complexity of their music is hard to grasp and actually enjoy at first. Once your brain adjusts to it after listening to a few more times it's only then you begin to really appreciate their musical genius. About the fourth or fifth time it'll start clicking.

Have some suggestions, all by metallica. Some most popular, some not so but good either way.. Master of puppets, fuel, sad but true, whiskey in the jar, Enter sandman, nothing else matters, king nothing, The unforgiven, Until it sleeps, Wherever I may roam, turn the page, Moth into flame, Devils dance, Slither , Turn the page, is a (cover). Better than you. Also, "The warning band, does a cover of Enter sandman, with Alessia Cara.

Like others, I am addicted to watching someone be blown away by the band who have blown my mind so many thousands of times over the decades. The vicarious thrill of watching someone be gobsmacked for the first time.

The Black Album is the Solo Album. Solos in every song. The Same snake on the cover is for "Don't Tread On Me" which is a song included in the album. All songs have stories, lessons, fantasies and dreams. This album is like a series like "Twilight Zone or Outer Limits, Edgar Allen Poe. Every Album had their own themes. Mystery, War, Sanity, Dependencies, Oppression, Depression, Illnesses... Everything. Welcome Home slanzzy. 🤟🤟

This is my theme song. I was beaten and made to be what my father wanted me to be, rather then be myself. Now that im 58 and my father is dead, I can never forgive what I lost.

The song, and the mathematical/compositional brilliance that went into making the song just drive home the meaning - stop over-thinking, over-analizing, separating the body from the mind - and just enjoy the damn music! ;)
