You know, although the tuning is not perfect, it is ok, and the small bits out of perfection really make this song great. The bits making the performance unique. I do not even remember how many times I listened this song. It's a pity there is not option to add like each time listening it again ) Thank you for sharing your songs.

What a great song. Heartfelt. A vibrant echo of the era of Presley and Perkins. I love the hint of a slapback reverb in the vocals and guitar. Your reviews of Uriah Heep - Easy Living, Tool - Schism, and Metalica - One, brought me here. Keep singing, playing and creating. I would like to hear you review, Portishead, "Sourtimes"

I really liked the song cranked it up to jam. sucks to be sad but music is the best release for any mind set. every song tells a story in state of mind, look at beatles songs all kinds of mind sets some happy, some sad. a songs kinda like a musical journey, video with the music makes it even better. I like the slanzzy originals there only 1 slanzzy in the universe.

Hi Slanzzy, I came back after listening to this song about a week ago and I have to say that I like this one the most out of all your original songs. I like it because its your most vulnerable performance. I'm sorry that you were sad when you wrote this and your sad again now. I wish there was something I could write to make you feel better, but the great thing about music is that it can be very cathartic. It can help us express our most deep and personal feelings in a positive and constructive way when we are at our lowest. I have also written a number of songs when I was in a sad and heartbroken state. I feel like some of my better songs have come from times of disappointment in a relationship as well as the death of a loved one (i.e. pet dog). I just want you to know that I think your music is truly a work of art. I have to say that when you post new original songs, it tends to be one of the things that I look forward to the most in my life. Keep writing form the heart. You can never go wrong with that and I hope you find true, lasting happiness in life.

Wow I’m a very hard critic I’m say when it comes to music and I mean I do have an open mind with music but I’m still a hard critic. But I really love the soul and emotion you put into this song. Like it overall gives the song a great punch that I think should be played on the radio for sure.

Your pen is ridiculous (in a good way) and the voice is something I could listen to all day. I could only describe it as angelic. The reactions you do are great also! The only complaint anyone can make about this channel is that there isn't nearly enough content, lol. But, I guess good things come to those who wait so however long it is till the next video, I'm sure it'll be great. Keep up the good work!

Well that sadness is very visible on you but, that is more good than bad,you show us your emotions, you are not afraid of them or peoples reaction to it,you are not hiding them which means you are strong, probably much stronger than you think you are,so my dear Slanzzy I am a bit sad that I haven't seen you smiling but I kinda like what have you put out here, of course you and your honesty blows my mind again, but don't worry, don't think about it to much,it's OK to be sad sometimes, life without different emotions would't be life,if something is eating you from the inside talk with someone about it or if you are alone you can deal with it my way, bottle of wine, good old music, and let you instinct drive you through your body find the problem or solution, just keep in mind that you bring smile on lot of people here, you make us happy, flipping hell I am alone for 4 years and you make me believe there are still good women out there and I will find one for me ,thank you Slanzzy,I must say I love you for you work and your personality,I wish you wonderful weekend and stay strong our cute queen of honesty ;)

I know that was supposed to be a sad song, but I feel uplifted by listening to it. I suppose it's a bit of a blues song, they have that same effect...the story may be sad, but the you can appreciate the art because it paints such a vivid picture. Well done again.

Thanks Slanzzy, that was gorgeous. Shades of Natalie Merchant and Fiona Apple in your vocals there, both very good things :) I have a reaction suggestion for you, which I think you'd be ideally suited to, as you pay more attention to lyrical and emotional content than many other reaction channels. Paul Kelly's song 'How to Make Gravy' is so powerful that the 21st of December that it references is now known as 'Gravy Day' in Australia, in honour of the song. It's about being separated from your family at Christmas, which is the traditional time for Australians to gather the family, the equivalent of Thanksgiving in North America.
