Awesome video bro! Question, how did you get it to sound like that?
@jameswarren86

Thanks mate! Do you mean the overall tone, or a specific effect in terms of the sound?
@Allhailmateo
@Allhailmateo Ай бұрын
@@jameswarren86exactly, the specific sound, so like I have an audio interface, you know, guitar to AI to computer & I use apps like Tonebridge & GarageBand to make my covers

@@Allhailmateo Well, its been a long time since I made this video but If I remember correctly, I used an Axe-FX standard as the base "amp tone" which lilkely would have been a Dumble amp model or a fender amp model, and layered on reverb and delay from pedals that hit the front of the Axe-FX (likely a line 6 Verbzilla and DL-4 delay) to get the sound. The rest is playing tone I suppose. I ran the Axe-FX and pedal chain directly into Pro-Tools and recorded it as is. It was actually pretty basic/simple.

@@jameswarren86 so, how would I replicate that using computer software ? Or which program do you recommend
@jameswarren86
@jameswarren86 Ай бұрын
Well, that's a tough question. I only have experience with Neural DSP plugins for software, but the ones I've used work amazingly well. So you couldn't go wrong starting there. There's no real method to replicating a sound, you just have to start with what you have and dial it in until you're satisfied with the tone you're getting.

James, thank you for your transparency. It's so good to see a video along with the list of Mods. I am in the process of converting my 2006 Softail Heritage into a Bobber, but with a 21 inch front wheel and stock rear wheel (16 inch). This video made me see exactly how this combination would look like in reality. Thanks and greetings from Cologne, Germany.

In order to run those 14 inch aps did you have to extent the cables as well

Hey man whats the exact wheels? I been looking to go with a bigger wheel set up. Thanks
@jameswarren86
@jameswarren86 4 ай бұрын
These are custom wheels I built. I took a 16x5 rear rim, 21x2.15 front rim and laced them to the stock hubs. So they are 16" rear wheels with 180 tire and a 21" front wheel.
