When I was a kid, my local Games Workshop held an Easter event where everyone on the board was fighting against a single Imperator class titan. The Imperator titan was represented by 2 chocolate tins, and whenever we did damage to the 'titan' we could open the tin and munch a piece of chocolate :P

My local game club had an apocalypse event once. Multiple tables fighting at once, in a big room, and the biggest guns, could hit other tables and stuff. Some times judges had to go and inform a player, that his army was gon, due to something hapening two tables away 😂😂 It wasn't a super serious event, so everybody had a good time

Exactly! The bridge needs to be big enough for lots of people to walk around in multiple levels
@kennethfharkin
@kennethfharkin Жыл бұрын
@@EricsHobbyWorkshop For scale I like to think back to the days playing Epic and Titan Legions. We had a three way Imperial / Eldar force fighting a huge Chaos force. Angron boarded the Imperator and began fighting his way up clearing the levels below him. In old Epic this could be done (haven't played any newer editions). Next the Eldar piled into the Imperator and began chasing Angron to the top. It became a race of could Angron kill off all the Imperials on board before the Eldar could reach him and stop him. Those were some great gaming days and I am fairly certain that was one where we saw the sun rise when we finished. This model is big enough you could set up boards dedicated to different levels to fight your way through it.
