@ I agree with you on that, Sabrina had more of a breakthrough year. However, I am saying Chappell because Chappell is truly making her own name for herself. With her performances, her makeup, her music, her lyrics, her personality, etc. we don’t have someone like her in the industry. She also changed pop music culturally. I believe someone who can make an impact or change the style of music, is truly a best new artist. I am not saying Sabrina is not that but Sabrina will definitely win other awards. I believe this award belongs to Chappell.
