The timing of this video is amazing! I have my first ER in a few days and have been asked by my doctor to review the choices of ivf, icsi, and split. It's definitely a hard decision but i'm leaning towards split if i have a good number of eggs as thats what my clinic reccommends for first time ER.

The clinic can provide half icsi and half conventional for the first IVF round for unexplained infertility especially if there is no MFI and the woman have good egg reserve and younger age. Mostly in cases like mine where there was an undiagnosed endo and there could be an issue with implantation, and not necessarily with fertilization

Does ICSI increase chances of getting female? I was reading research and more females are made from ICSI than male. All my embryos from ICSI that pass day 5-6 are all females and I have done 3 rounds.

With retrieval rounds limited by insurance we went with ICSI even without MFI since we’re older anyway. Turns out we’re hitting under the statistics and I’m not willing to go through the whole process and risk a no-fert result. As it is, our second and final fully funded round got 0 euploid out of 6 embryos.

I was searching for A No result/ DNA embryos transfer information and couldn't find anything on it. I wonder why? Do you have any information on whether or not to transfer a "No results" No DNA after PGT-A?

Hi I was wondering if you could do a video (or if you already have a video) about anatomical issues with the uterus that could impact implantation. C-section scars? Fibroids I know you've talked about, but are there any others?

Hello, thank you! But what about ICSI with severe endo and endometriomas in both ovary. Doctors said that inflammation will affect egg shell and ICSI is recommended, what’s your opinion on that?
