I actually broke a sweat and it feels good, it doesn’t feel like a work out that makes you stiff and you have to recover from, it’s a work out that feels healing and you feel vitalized. Thank you! 🙏

You completely shocked me. I was doing a Paleo diet then after Dr told me that I'm prediabetic, plus thyroid is being attracted by something like Epstein barr chicken pox and herpes. I had to shift to a Mediterranean diet. Yes, your explanation matched my symptoms. WOW 😲, I'm bloated, my liver is painful, ( I'm getting it tested now.) my eyes are itchy, and having some blurriness. Yes, I'm overwhelmed, lost parents and just closed estate. Now focusing on restarting my career after being out of work for 6 years. I'm fatigued. Having sleep issues. I'm always thirsty. So, yes, diet is fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, black beans, sometimes mashed or sweet potatoes, rice, oatmeal with blue berries and I fix a protein shake with greens ( spinach) and other fruit. // Yes, need help understanding what to eat for me only. I can see I do a lot of sweet. So yes liver, kidney issues. Thanks

One thing I wish to invite with my qigong practice is healing the left side of my body. I have chronic tension/pain in my left shoulder. A lot of it sits in the scapula and trapeziod area but even the clavicle area on my left front shoulder is chronically tender or tense. Also pain in left foot (plantar fasciitis). I try to address these issues through posture correction, stretching, etc but I would really welcome any qigong practice which would be supportive energetically to release tension and restore balance on left side. Emotional connection with pain and limited movement in left shoulder/arm sometimes feels like grief or maybe loss/abandonment? Anyway, if you are welcoming suggestions for future videos I am interested in guidance about qigong to promote healing on left side of body. Thanks for a great practice for late summer!

Really enjoyed that. Excellent pacing, just the right speed for me. Appreciated the audible breathing that I could follow. Great little insights as you went along as to the purpose and principles behind the movements. You seemed very relaxed and positive, your instruction felt very natural. Loved the calm, uplifting music in the background. Top job.

Thank you for this to help with my sore, weak hands (since having Hashimotos). A side question relating to hands if you are able to help (I understand you do not give medical advice) I recently got a small Ganglion cyst on my right pinky finger on the outside on top joint. I am trying castor oil on it. I wondered if you had any advice to help reduce it? if hand movements would be beneficial too and if this area of the finger relates to a certain meridian on the body that I can use Qi Gong to help balance. I have done Qi Gong for many years, thank you so much for all the wonderfully supportive videos, really means a lot.

❤thank you from Jakarta Indonesia, i've been having peripheral neuropathy induced by chemotherapy, caused me knee pain and plantar faciitis for years, tried many treatments and therapy like accupuncture, by shinse, visited chiro practer and podiarist, but the pain is still there, i do yoga xi gong, tai chi, swim and stationary bike as well, roll tennis ball on my plantar but all efforts up to now only small progress. I am also following program of no carbo and no sugar so my cholesterol and uric acid and blood sugar level in normal level. I am a woman 66 years of age. Before i got cancer i live a very active life, my daughter has been suggestinf me to go to doctor, but after years of battling cancer, i do not want to. Just know i found yoir chanel and followed your practise and i am feeling less pain, i hope it will continue to get better. I am planning to do it everyday. Do you have any other other suggestion? Please respond. Really appreciate it if you do. Thanks in advance 🙏💟. Looking forward to a complete healing. So i can dance and breeze walk and free from pain. God bless you 🙏

Hello, i am enjoying your videos and very greatful to you 😊 I read somewhere that is better to do QiGong when belly is not empty, because you can extract positive energy of food and direct into needed channels and places. Would love to know your opinion in regards to it ❤
