This video explains the different ways the programs can be used. Whether you want to use this for one week or ten weeks its up to you. You are free to do them in any order, however each week is set up to explore a different facet of training, ei flexibility, mobility, strength etc. The purpose is to teach you how to incorporate all aspects in to your person program. Enjoy
