This is a wonderful sequence, Sifu Bodhi! I love the big, sweeping movements. You can really feel energy like water pouring over and through you! Of the many great reasons to practice qigong, it allows us to move out of the modern "box" of limited movement. Your instruction, pacing and choice of movements is always superb! One aspect that I always look for in your instructional videos, are movement sequences that emphasize simultaneous right/left, or up/down movement (such as twisting hands in opposite directions). We rarely do things in everyday life that engage the body in those kind of patterns. Qigong is so good for our brains as well as our bodies! I am also very interested in your commentary of how movement relates to aspects of Chinese Medicine. Everything is connected, and the relationships of an element, or an organ, or even a sound/color to each other are so important. And I am especially grateful you recovered quickly!

Thank you so much for sharing this, it’s such a wonderful practice. I’ve suffered from long covid for 3+ years and am 85% better, and I’m looking forward to practicing this daily to hopefully help me recover the rest of the way. 🙏🙏
