Sifu Bodhi - I just finished this video and the two minute meditation that accompanied it. I woke up feeling back on the constant hamster wheel of negativity I’ve spent most of my life on due to familial trauma that followed me into my adult friendships and relationships. After completing both the Qi Gong practice and the meditation I feel more hopeful, peaceful and ready to start my day. I think this might be my new morning routine. Thank you 🙏
