I can't get around how heavy it gets, I hate being heavy I'm a lightweight person, I can barely carry a folding knife + smartphone because these two already weight 800g almost a kG of stuff.. Do you carry any smartphone? what about some weapon of mass destruction *pew pew*?

@@knowledge_harvester this is what I carry at work. My everyday edc is phone wallet truck key couple knives and a pew depending what I’m doing. Phone stays in the trailer at work.

They’ve been great. I’ve never had to break any other brand of boots in before. I don’t know if it’s because the leather is thicker but I bought them snug knowing they’d stretch some. It took a couple of weeks but I have zero complaints

I own two Amphibians: aluminum black apocalyptic serrated (137RL-11APFL) and aluminum od green stonewashed (137RL-10FLOD). The Amphibian is fantastic, simply a great design, it is one of my favorite folders and I have quite a few knives from top manufacturers, including Herman and Shirogorov.

I run a bone stock 48 for edc with only ameriglo combat sights. Vetting out a psa 15 round mag, but always use oem in the gun... the psa will only ever be a backup.

For some reason I have never been a full or half track fan, love the xm-18 but think the best knife hinderer makes is the eklipse. Would like to handle a project x some day. May be worth doing a comparison video though some time between the xm-18 and the full track.

Great score! 👊🏼 I saw these and could have bought one.. Unfortunately, after getting my Hinderer XM-18 3.5 two 2 years ago, I quickly realized Hinderer is not for me. The blade was very dull, and it barely flicks? I drank MCs Kool-aid, and it tasted horrible. 🤢 No hate, and I hope you get lots of joy out of this rare Hinderer 👊🏼

Man, that is a heck of a mail call. I enjoy living vicariously through you, haha. I want a zaan. If I had 5 hundo I'd be emailing you. Best CRK design IMO. Not sure if I'd go drop or tanto, both look great. I just picked up a Bailout and a Launch 16 (for stupid low prices) to see if I can make use of a tanto more often as they've always felt so specific in use to me. They look rad but I always feel like I can't use them as much as I can with almost any other blade type, except for a wharney maybe, ha. It must really suck when you get into high-end territory and you want to keep every single one of them. Bank account hurtin' 😆💸💸

Mine just came in. Two-tone black blade/black aluminum handle. It might seem crazy to spend almost $400 on a folding knife, but seeing as I primarily carry this as a light EDC cutting task/last-ditch self-defense blade, I want the best money can buy.

Also AZCK has had many of my knives but there hasn't been a modern build on there. All the folders I see are at least 5 years old or older, which is fine but they aren't a good measure to compare to the more recent builds.
