Ya I got excited when I saw the steel. Thought it would be good for boxes and don’t really have to worry about damaging a nicer knife on metal staples

I had a Para 3 and it was too small for my taste. The only other Spydie I've owned is a Smock. Still have that one because it's a cool design. Otherwise, pretty much all Spyderco's are ugly AF because they use a continuously rehashed design that's barely moved the style needle over the years. I get that the huge hole and ultra plain scales is their calling card and 'it just works' but dangit if they don't have the most uninteresting knives out there. Hard pass on all their knives not made in Taiwan. I guess all their collabs are made there and those are the only good looking designs 😆

@@ScotchNThings haha, I dig the Nirvana a lot. Had a chance at one once but passed on it. It's a regular looking knife compared to the rest of their lineup 😆
