Oh give it a rest, I bet money you are living and benefiting from colonization! I doubt you live in the wild, more of a live off the benefits but moan about the effects kind of person. This is an interesting contemporary take on this song, and I absolutely love the footage that accompanies it. However, I really wish that you had stated clearly somewhere that it was written by Willie Thrasher. I'm sure many people listening to your version are aware of the original, but for those who aren't this could be a good way to discover Willie's music - at the same time that they discover yours!

Denying that we are inextricably linked to it, as victims of our own success, we may well allow our ecocidal proclivity to provoke the ultimate mass extinction.
