Hey! You can find these for your specific helmet by googling Pinlock Protectint and your helmet model. There are loads of retailers selling them, including eBay.

hello, i have the same fork, i need to replace the red top caps, should i first unscrew the assembly from the bottom end or can i just unscrew the red caps with the fork and wheel installed on the motor? what happened is that the 2 air bleed brass screw broke as soon as i tried to unscrew from the caps so now i can't bleed air
@officialsix3seven3 ай бұрын
I simply loosened the red top caps while the forks were in the bike so they were easy to remove once the forks were on the bench

Brilliant! Simple, stable, practical and reliable...Patent the idea, as someone already told you... You deserve to earn money from it. Great job!
@officialsix3seven3 ай бұрын
Thanks mate! Not the first time someone has told me to patent a thing, but a patent is only as good as the legal team you have to pursue action with, and I am quietly chuffed to see major companies copy my ideas.. like La Corsa www.linkint.com.au/70-3210-00.html?ref_cat_id=Brand-La-Corsa

Your video may help much more if you can provide ALL detail as: - what carb (EXACTLY ...genuine MIKUNI, clone, source....etc) - main jet, - pilot jet, - needle clip position - float position (mm) - needle number & - needle jet, - level above sea you are at AND - last but not least - where to source the jets for the respective carb (as on clones often jets cannot be re-sourced for tuning...)

I guess it's close, but not entirely. The 125/150 Japanese bikes proportions are different. The Chinese bikes all use the same frame/bodywork, so the bigger ones look a little awkward.

All good. I went ahead with the install anyway. I didn’t see the spacer in your vid. 2 x small square aluminium Spacers, about 10mmx 5mm. Thanks for the reply. Bit of mucking around for simple hand guards. Not a bad thing adjusting the controls, particulary the clutch perch, the mrs will get good leverage with her midget hands now😂

Did you have any problems with it fogging up? The ProtecTINT Pinlock on my HJC visor fogs up all the time on the side facing me. All vents are open, the Pinlock has been cleaned and adjusted multiple times, yet it still fogs up. Quite disappointing to be honest. The anti-fog thing HJC provides works flawlessly on my dark tinted visor.
@officialsix3seven4 жыл бұрын
I've never had a problem with any of the fog inserts fogging up in either of the Shoei helmets.. but if water gets past the visor seal, they are useless until they are completely dry. I think they must work by absorbing the moisture to prevent fogging.. once saturated, they'll stop working.

Great video sir, I bought a 2014 CF 250 Crossfire (Brandnew) and i had to get a tap & die set and clean every bolt hole due to it been sandblasted the seller sent me a new nut and bolt kit, battery, clutch and throttle cable and a heap of spares i didn't need so I'm happy i bought it from a dealer in Coffsharbour NSW. the end result a bloody good dirt bike i ride every weekend. my friend had bought a YZ250 and has had nothing but problems with everything.
