How’s the new driveshaft been since you swapped it?

Should have left a air gap to make this work.

I pulled the driver's side sensor while the car was cold and it was very difficult to remove. Then it hit me. I turned the heater on high and let things get hot. The result is that the passenger side came out and went back in far more easily. Pretty sure that had the interior been warm, the bezel might've been less scary to remove. I sounded like I broke something each time a clip released. All is well, however. Thank you for posting this video!

that’ll definetly get the job done but if ever need to do it again maybe try little great stuff spray foam cans

I just did this repair on my L3010 and I have a suggestion to save you all some time and frustration. Rather than disconnecting the tach behind the cluster, just disconnect the cable at the other end (rt side of engine) where it's easy to get to and feed a lil slack thru to the guage cluster. Much easier. Job only took me about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy! 🫡

If the car already has a rebuilt title issued from out of state, do I still need to go through the inspection process in MA? Thank you for your input.

I'm getting this issue, but the gauge doesn't drop out. It will fluctuate at times but nothing dramatic. Did check voltage and would say it was in the ballpark of what i had in gas.

2016 Cherokee, and same issue. Except! Even set to HI, I get no heat on the passenger side. It stays ambient. No change at any setting. Dealer is telling me it’s a bad heater core, which seems wrong if I have full heat on the drivers side. I’m still thinking blend door problem. I don’t care about the repair, warranty is covering it, but 3-4 days of a rental I have to pay for, vs an hour for a sensor is huge. So my question for the experts: if the heater core is bad, how can I get heat on the drivers side?

2016 Cherokee limited: replaced rear passenger door. Replaced Issue: door locks acting like keys are in car, won’t lock or unlock using hand activation from outside on front and rear passenger side. Must lock and unlock the sing key fob. Hand proximity will lock and unlock all doors from drivers side. Help plz.

I needed to do this when I changed my gauge cluster. I had a base display on a 2013 dart. Bought the tft color display on eBay. Had different mileage so they don't need to be the same. Needed obdlink mx+ and alfa obd to do a proxy alignment. Guides are online. Very easy. For other people that might see this in the future. MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR CONFIGS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING I've read these things from dodge dart forums.cluster should be from the same year. So a 2013 dart gets a 2013 cluster ect. Make sure you look at the approved obd readers on the alfa obd website. I used the windows version of alfa obd but if you are on android the app is even better. No iOS option. After I installed the digital TFT cluster and turned on the car it showed a bunch of sensor and module failures for options that didn't come with my car. Rain sensing wipers, blind spot monitoring ect. So basically run the proxi alignment after installing and bam. No flashing odometer no lights or codes. Some other information that could help. Make sure you keep your radio on. Don't go into your configurations and change anything. All codes need to be cleared and proxy alignment done. That’s it.

Ok people. I have the same issue trying to rebuilt a car in Massachusetts, but copart didn't issue me an appraisal report. If this is your case it is possible to obtain the report. Call copart ask to speak to the manager. Explain the situation and they'll put u in contact with the appraiser. Or they will email the appraiser for you and then it is possible for you to get the appraisal thru email from copart via the appraiser. It takes some convincing but it is totally possible. I just got my appraisal on my email I called yesterday and she sent the appraiser an email yesterday. Hope this helps

Hey i need help here 12:00 Mine KL has a very loud humming noise coming directly from this inner part of the rear differential, i suspect that there is a bad bearing in there somewhere. Is it possible to at least lubricate that bearing by taking out the driveshaft like u did ?

He didn't show how he removed the filter that is full of oil because you generally have oil dripping off of your elbow.
