I love kaiba. He's probably the most relatable person in Duel Monsters. He's depressed. He had a horrible childhood-- mentally and physically abused by his stepfather. Abandoned by his biological family. Had to essentially raise a baby brother from the time he was 7 years old. He makes his own path, not relying on others because he can't trust others. And my favorite quote is (funny enough) "Leave me alone and have a nice life!" He just wants to win card games and go home. I always hated that Pharoah and Joey thought that EVERYONE just HAD to be their friend.

My favorite Archetype is Cloudian. Still hoping they receive support soon.

Once again I loved the jokes, especially the poetic wordplay which was hilarious. You don't even know how pleased I am to finally have found a channel, that isn't brain root, shit posts, unwatchable because of all the cutting and sound effects or overly sexualised for all the lust driven people. I am unclear as to how the Ditto transformed into a non-existent Pokemon, did the electrical currents scramble the genetic information while it was attempting to transform into Arcanine? Furthermore, the question at the beginning, the reason there is just ONE place where Pokemon are known to breed was never answered but rather seems to focus on how Ditto breeding was discovered. This entire premise somewhat implies that Pokemon were incapable of breeding with each other in the wild until that mysterious release of the abused Ditto, which makes no sense and since when do Ditto sing? Regardless this just made one of my favorite Pokemon, Houndoom, even more awesome.

This was such an entertaining video to watch I really wish that people would go more into side games in Pokemon like this. Your characteristic of being the prick made this all the more entertaining and honestly I would totally love to see your character in contest as not only someone who was entertaining and sort of lovable to hate but also the idea that you lost to lisia where I thought it would humble you, no it just strengthened you more. 😂😂 Pretty good first introduction video if there's ever a chance for you to try something like this again I'd love to see it and who knows if you ever consider doing tabletop adventure for Pokemon maybe you can continue this and be a Pokemon coordinator. That would certainly be interesting.

I got really into contests in diamond. I absolutely LOVED the poffin mini game. My lopunny was a cutie queen. Unfortunately when it came down to it my brothers Roserade was the victor as a clever girl.

11:16 yes and no. The way to slide a boss fight with chara is to hypothetically have frisk (you) see chara as the same way you saw everyone else. So IMHO, any boss fight wouldnt be done by chara for frisks soul, it would be initiated by the player to take back control and "see what happens" when they kill chara.

Arceus, I LOVED doing contest back when I was playing Emerald as a child even if I didn't understand half of the things I was doing. And I had so much fun playing them in the remake too! I remember that I used a specific Pokemon for each category and totally got swept by Lisia and Altaria sometimes haha This has given me the idea of trying this myself to get all ribbons with my Latios or maybe even my Groudon just for the funsies lmao Amazing video! 🎉

Darklords are super cool. I spent 70$ on an Ebay deck + around (a generous, Totally not addicted amount of) 500-600$ to build it with extra staples, Card sleeves, and deck boxes.

I did them more in the ORAS titles than in RSE.

I've always wanted to do contest but unlike battling, I never understood it. I kinda want to do this for the Eeveelutions. It's cool to see someone else who loves absol.

Well, that was a fun ride! Contests were so much fun in Generation 3, even though I didn't know what I was doing and didn't make it to the upper levels much at all. When I eventually get around to playing OR/AS, I want to catch Pokemon outside of my play-through team and build them move sets specifically for Contest performance. Not sure if I want to get all the way to the top with the same Pokemon, though; that sounds like a lot of work.

I've been playing Omega Ruby recently and contests are something that i can really aprecciate, it's a totally optional feature but a fun one, it great when pokémon games gives you something to do besides battling ( got every master rank with Flygon, didn't really had much trouble though with maxed condicions ) the contests in BDSP are fun too, even though they are just a rhythm games now

I really miss the berry blender. It was so much fun trying to get perfects with how fast it could go XD Personally I tried to rely on tm moves rather than moves they learn by level up because I didn't want to go back to the move tutor XD Attract rng was so bad lol meanwhile the ai would somehow make all of us nervous or just me.
