I take levo don’t need to lose weight. Eat once a day late night.if I eat during the day I fall asleep. Complete crash. Severe scoliosis so can’t have. Xtra weight anyway.

Have been having 10 out of 10 pain for days. I just did this, 30 reps. I stepped down and the pain is completely gone!! 100% gone! I will keep doing this as suggested every half to 1 hour. Pain is gone. Unbelievable. Thank you!

Oh wow. I'm from Calgary. I live in California now though. 62, years old. Very bad and progressive scoliosis. Preparing for surgery but have to have injections for about a year to help with my bone density. 10° worstening over 9 months. Extreme burning pain down through my left hip. Xrays are clear for hip issues

Beneficial yes. However if you want to manage your curve with exercises you should look at your whole body to see what else is going on and use exercises that increase mobility, strength and endurance to your scoliosis. We can show you how to do this with our online programs.
