One thing I'd mention about the Fiend mod that I found myself while testing it is that it will ALWAYS know where you are on the map. You can't actually lose it. Yes, you might escape a certain chase sequence, but it will still know where you are and take the shortest path available to reach you at all times. So unless you like having it chasing you constantly, I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah, I'd have it in C tier honestly. Because the mod makes your entire gameplay experience cantered around the fiend. as it always knows where you are, has like 10 different abilities, cannot be killed, and has little to no counterplay.

I removed the peepers from my modpack because after tulip snakes were added, the peepers are just more boring variations of it.

couples tips for anyone who doesnt know: for the mimics mod you can hit the fire exit with a shovel and it will growl if its a fake one, but if you hit it 3 times it will kill you. and for the peepers mod you can shot their eyes with a laser pointer and it will kill them.

Football has this speciallity of humiliating you if you try to escape. Try getting to the ship, and you’ll be forced to kill another player. (i also think she works as the ghost girl does. Targets the most paranoid player)

I'd honestly advocate for Football and Herobrine to switch places. Football has a lot going for it, including multi-language support, refining the ghost girl mechanic with another fun and tense mechanic that Herobrine imo doesn't, and a model that to me fits better than Herobrine because it's at least not plopped in directly from another game.

I agree. I've been wanting a remodel mod for so long now. If I knew how to mod that would so be one of my first projects lmao. Herobrine is amazing and is one of the few monsters that actually has notably startled me multiple times, but the Minecraft shape just makes it hard not to just be like "Oh lol"

Mimic on S is interesting. I have deleated this mod already, because its too boring. 99% of the time you know its a mimic and you just ignore the door and 1% you know its a mimic but use it too kill yourself while beeing chased by an jester (for example).

I'm not sure what I did to get the moving turrets to work when I play, but it's pretty good. The moving turrets will target the last place it sees a person and shoot that one place. It will stop moving when shoot kind of like a regular turret. Before beginning to roam again I would rate it a 7/10. Not bad, but still pretty fun to play with.

I got the best scares from my friends when playing with the rolling giant mod. Especially since all of them don’t know what the rolling giant is. We played with it for awhile but it does give you some pretty cheap deaths. Our main issue was it would constantly camp the main entrance and fire exit, to the point where you’d get insta killed from entering the interior. Tip: jumping onto a railing bugs him out and makes him almost completely stop til you get back on the floor

Actually very nice, would like to see more of these types of list whenever it makes sense (enough mods got updated/added to warrant a new list). Usually I dislike these lists, as it seems like the creators are overly hyped about features that are "nice", but won't really stay enjoyable over time. So to see, what I believe, mainly reasonable takes and not rating meme mods S Tier blindly was very refreshing. Respectful towards the less well done mods, because after all people still put effort in but naturally you also have to respect the player's time and getting a whole group together just to have a meh evening because you installed some busted/unenjoyable mod is not great either. Appreciate the nuance you are bringing here, very nice.

I actually really really dislike the fiend mod. It feels too overpowered and disregards the simplicity that makes the current monsters work so well. It just makes the entire game about it, if I wanted that, I'd just go play the game it was originally ripped from anyways. Contrastingly, I think the simplicity of the immortal snail as well as how funny it is adds to why it's probably my favourite monster mod

PLEASE PLEASE DO A MOON/INTERIOR MOD TIER LIST. There are so many that it is very hard to find the hidden gems like Ooblterra, Mantif, Wesley's Interiors or the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Almost all moon or interior mod lists are 5-6 months old and there are so many great mods that have come since.

Imagine a robot indoor enemy that blocks off doors while hiding in the darkness of the inside area and lights up their eyes and starts chasing players when touched because they weren't careful and this could be countered with a flashlight to see it and get it out of the way.

Now that I think of it I’ve got a serious idea: What about someone adding the spaceman from black ops 1 zombies moon map? He’s an entity that roams around looking for players and when he finds them he grabs, head-buts (which cant kill you but always sets you to 1 hp) and then teleports them randomly. If its model were made in the style of lethal company this could be a great mod. I imagine some players gambling running into him intentionally to escape other monsters.

No offense but I did test the latest version before making this vid, and decided to still put into Upper A tier 🙏 Of course that doesn't mean the mod is bad 😅 It is still based on my own personal opinion. In regards to details, this is mainly just a tier list instead of a mod featuring video... so details are not the main focus (like other mods in this tier list). The herobrine mod is overrated. I played with it on a couple of moons and it was either too overbearing or just unfairly killed me. He appeared immediately on multiple maps and would not leave me alone. The only counterplay is running away but escaping doesn't matter if he just comes back a minute later. Herobrine has some cool ideas but he stops you from playing the game which to me isn't worth it. Maybe it's been toned down since I last tried it but even then I would like more counterplay rather than just running away

for my opinion, monsters with bad quality models are perfect for lethal company. I kinda hate siren head and demogorgon for a model that could be in garry's mod. I know the siren head model that would fit in the game perfectly! There was a game about siren head in bad quality style i dont really remember it but i think you can easily find it.

Going off of old info so this may be outdated but you can look for small changes (door being orange-ish, interact text changing, others I dont remember). You can also attack a door with a shovel (I assume shotgun & knife too but havent tried) and a mimic door will make a deep noise akin to growling. Be careful, though, as on the third time of hitting a mimic it is guaranteed to kill whoever attacked it last
