You can't prevent SCP-3199 from laying eggs, the foundation tried doing that and even to them it's extremely difficult to prevent every single instance of 3199 from laying one as it's a survival instinct to make sure one instance ALWAYS survives, so the only solution when it comes to SCP-3199 is to literally avoid them.

@@TheViperian I'd wager the foundation tried that, Keter class SCPs require constant security to keep contained and it's not even water that's being used since the entry for 3199 mentions the block is a type of resin and even that's stop slowing them down since the same document mentions only six instances were contained successfully, so how many more are unaccounted for.

My biggest issue with a lot of these is that no one seems to understand that they should nerf a lot of the scps in order to keep the gamr fair. Lethal company thrives on its simplicity with the monsters. There are certain monsters that will in fact one shot you like brakens or a coilhead but theyre fairly simple to counter. If the plaude doctor worked on a "if he touches you for to long youll get transformed" or something fair then it would be a good counter but him being a one shot means that now the entire game revolves around avoiding him if hes spawned in and now youre just kinda waiting for him to spawn so you know when to just leave making him the "doctor is hear its only 1pm but we have to go"

So just treat him like he's another Jester, the Jester forces everyone out of the interior if it spawns wasting everyone's time. Also, the mods are most likely trying to stay FAITHFUL to the lore for the SCP instead of making shit up, SCP-096 can still be avoided by not viewing his face, the Coilheads are literally SCP-173, the Bracken is literally just a reworked SCP-106 just without the pocket dimension since the moment 106 touches you the corrosive material covering his entire body will melt you away.

@@cursedhawkins1305 the jester is very rare only really appears if you're just having the worst of luck and the stun gun counters him. I like the idea of scp in LC but a lot of them get added that are just straight one shots. As someone who installed the 049 mod he was spawning way to often for the game not to suddenly revolve around 049 It's a similar gripe I have with modded monsters where people don't know how to balance their monsters and will them be "invincible, one shot touch, speeds up as the night progresses can exit outside, can open doors immediately," Like a certain point it starts getting annoying.

The jester can also be reset by having everyone exit waiting for his cool down then entering again. I'd much rather see and be scared of 049 and to see him a lot more than to see a total of 5 microseconds of him and then go "let's go guys it's the doctor we're leaving" The flamingos and 999 are probably the ones best on here because of their simplicity to be countered yet potential to be a bad run if you don't play your cards right.
