My Grandmother lived in LA, and lived the "rich life", when she passed away I was offered a bag that she owned, I was clueless about "Hermes Birkin 35 Ostrich Red" but the "official story" was that another of her rich friends gave it to her, and it was a 30k dollar handbag... I got home, showed my wife, she instantly knew it was a fake... hahah... this video removed all doubts... it's a really good fake though. and probably worth keeping... thanks for making this video

I just received my birkin directly from my boutique. I found quite a few flaws on mine as far as the stitching not quite evenly on certain areas, the glazing not being neat on certain areas, glazing and paint coating with minor cracks, etc. Did I get a lemon bag or possibly with inexperienced artisans?

So detailed, this is what a review should be about. I love both bag, but it makes me sad that the birkin can’t be worn on the crook of the wrist.

I find it fascinating that fakes/reps that are average quality still cannot be told apart from an authentic unless you look close. What's even more intriguing is that the higher (and more expensive) replicas can't even be told apart up close and require professional authenticators to distinguish between the 2.
