There's a fundamental difference between BYD and Tesla, Tesla only builds electric cars and BYD builds electric and hybrids, Tesla can't compete with BYD at the same ground, and without referring to the better development and efficiency of batteries by BYD. The quality of construction of BYD and other Chinese electric cars is superior to Tesla and European brands. Only a blind person doesn't see that, the question of the subsidys is a false question, the European government gives subsidies to individual citizens and companies to buy electric cars, just look to Norway. In my country Portugal, every year the government attributes a subsidy, and the tax to buy is also lesser in comparison to a combustion car.
