Before i watch this video,, ill say this. Companies hate home time. Regardless of the company, location, freight availability, your family, your money, your quality of life. If/when your dispatcher begins to talk to you about rates, then you should remind them that while you're sleeping on an on-ramp, they get to go home. Be stern but not aggressive.
