+Paul Deknikker .... Mr. Low cancelled the original meeting due to a face-to-face that was needed with Unilever in NY and a short stop to Washington D.C. to talk about "Wreaths Across America". The meeting has been re-scheduled for Oct.9th. A video will go up about the outcome. Thanks for watching!

I think it is very commendable of you to have the intestinal fortitude to reach out to the top guy for answers. Many companies claim to have an open door policy, but I've often wondered if this is just for show. My overall impression of Prime is quite positive from all that I have read. Most say it really is the top company for starter pay. Appreciate your videos.

There's a difference between griping and addressing concerns that can possibly help better certain situations, If clarity is sought after there should be no reason to expect a negative outcome. The results may not be what you want but there is still healthy conflict that is addressed so you can move on and understand why things are done they way they are done. Detailed feedback from employees with hands on experience is valuable!especially to a supervisor, or what have you, that is interested in the best for their workers.

Hey Mark, I've been enjoying you're videos. Currently waiting on a recruiter to get with on a start date for training. I have a question for you about there getting you there for the first time. I understand they will pay for a bus ticket to get you there, but once in Springfield at the bus depot do they come pick you up or do you have to find your way to them?

Prime runs its own shuttles to and from the bus terminal. Talk with your recruiter about running schedules.

Eh, well first you might want to move the "e" in Lowe cause it's Robert E. Low not Lowe, lol! Everything you've said is an issue that if he changes, not for lease owner Drivers to take advantage of the company, but be fair to both the drivers and the company it will be a win win situation! For lease drivers for Prime I think it would benefit both Prime and Owner operators to be able to pick from multiple loads from a board instead of having to rely on dispatchers. Yea I know big Orange is doing that but it gives control to the owner operator on the revenue. Makes no sense to allow a dispatcher to decide what revenue loads you should take or not like they do with company drivers. It would also give you better control over routing. You the owner should be able to decide those for yourself. Hoping for a beneficial meeting for both of you! Still one the ropes to make a change in careers and researching every option.

mark are you still trying to find a nice way to say, "i've been screwed 7 ways till sunday?" i respect your videos and the way they are presented, but in my time with Prime Inc. it only took me 6 months to find out just how bad Mr. Lowe wants to make money.

It's up to everyone involved with its operation to ask questions and share ideas on how to make things better for everyone. I'll be posting a video on the meeting before this Friday. I just have to be diplomatic about it as it will be viewed by Prime executives and Mr. Low

the first time i felt "screwed" at Prime inc. was during my interview. i was told my dd214 wasn't a "legal document." let's not talk about detention pay......and the rules to get it. i no longer have to be diplomatic, i turned in my cdl and retired. mark, i wish you the best.

+MrFlyboy1313 ... In business you need to keep an open mind to all ideas. You're assuming what his answers are going to be without even knowing what the questions are. I believe Mr. Low to be a person of logic and, hopefully, fairness towards his drivers. The issues I bring forward with him are ones that effect all drivers at Prime, not just me. My goal is to share some feedback that reaches beyond my truck and into others. What he chooses to do with that information is up to him. I will state my thoughts and arguments and then leave it up to him and his leadership team. That is how business works.
