Happy Birthday Kate, that was another great film thank you. That heat and constant strong wind looked brutal and draining. It looks like you three survived and well done I’m sure it was a battle. Regroup and prepare for the next section, as always I look forward to the next film. Well done team, best regards, Chris. 👍👍👍

Happy Birthday Kate. Blimey that looked a tough few days with that wind. I suppose those there is a reason why all those windmills are there! 🤣 All the best guys, have a great Christmas. 😀⛰🥾🏕️🎅🏻🎄

Where to begin😂. Happy Birthday Kate. Hope you have the time of your life x. Next, a complaint! I feel violated! Used even! I bought in, hook line and sinker into an exciting episode where the two of you attempted crossing the LA viaduct overnight. What did I get!…. You walked on a pipe in pitch blackness 😡😡😂😂😂😂. Not the cinematic drama I had been sold😒. Seriously, it was wonderful as ever, your resilience shines through and I look forward to the next one. Stay safe.

You are still uploading! I followed 14 PCT thru-hikers this year: 6 have posted their northern terminus videos, 5 have posted their hike-ending videos, 2 other women (Sara and Erin) just stopped posting w/o explanation, and then there is your channel.

Well done ladies! I'm very curious about your footwear. I'm also planning to go in winter and still in doubt what to bring for the wet and cold. Love from the Netherlands
@WildHomeHiking12 күн бұрын
Thanks! We're both wearing vivobarefoot tracker winter boots. They were great, kept my feet warm and dry. The only thing I struggled with slightly was the impact. The West Highland Way goes along a lot of forestry tracks and I found walking on hard surfaces with not much cushioning aggravated my knee. I had recently had a knee injury though so that also played a big role. Hope you have a great time! 🙂
@FINNAcollective11 күн бұрын
@@WildHomeHiking Thanks, great to know. Probably will use the same or will go for altra boots for a bit more cushioning. Hope you are feeling way better now with your knee. Always a struggle to do the things you love while having an injury. But you did it!

Thanks! We've eaten a lot of tuna wraps, which got old very quickly 😅 For breakfast, we ate granola and dried fruit with powdered milk, and cous cous with dehydrated veg for dinner. I didn't get bored of those so that would definitely be a recommendation 👍
