So - Two years on.... are you still having issues with bugginess in Premiere? Also How well (or not well) does FCP work with After Effects?

I wanna see a real low light test

Someone please help. I shoot with Canon 5d mark iv.... I am looking to add camera. I need something for low light video and stills. I am leaning towards the sony a7cii... can 51000 iso give me a big difference from the 5dmark4 or do I have to goto fx3 102000 to shoot in low light and give up still quality? Thanks

Can you put an Arca Swiss plate on the add on grip?

If you have the iso at 800 how do you fix the exposure if the dial doesn’t allow you to unless you are in auto iso

You are not a pro at all. You should know that the fully maxed-out 14” MacBook Pro doesn’t perform as well as the 16” due to thermal throttling. So, if you’re going for the 14”, choose it with the Pro chip, and if you need the performance of the Max chip, the 16” is the better choice.

I’m imagining this on set; the Director himself, running around with main camera, doing all of that + zero lens activity, nobody messing with any cam equipment essentially, except him maybe handing the rig to someone, or maybe just keeping it himself until they get ready for next shot. This is the way. I see Tarantino adopting this shooting technique. And big thanks Matti for this video and your other insightful efforts. Your new fan.

In 1989, I took a course at the ARRI factory in Munich on Türkenstraße, where I learned to disassemble and reassemble the 16SR, ARRI 3, and BL4. I still have my certificate, and I’ll never forget watching live on TV on 9th November as the Wall was being demolished. After finishing my course, I took a train to Berlin and managed to bring back a small piece of the Wall with me. I’m very happy to see how ARRI has evolved to become the leader in the industry.

Does anyone tried recording ProRes Log, 4K 60fps to a SanDisk Extreme 1TB card? Do you encounter the camera indicating “the external storage device or USB cable does not have a fast enough write speed to support external recording”. Can guide me how to resolve that? I have gotten a good SD card reader that has fast write speed as well Thanks guys
