I'll add my ten cent here, I've used the wolfang ga100, its cheap yes, its eis is only on 2.7k but its quality of picture is modest but not amazing, its main problem is the auto exposure is not the best, it doesn't like darker lights. It's easy to use and nothing special but at a fraction of a gopro and if you need an action camera for a once off Holiday or project its not bad.

Well done and nice snowy scenery indeed. Did you tried two pairs of socks and Goretex winter bike shoes that protects the ankles? They really improved my winter rides. So did wearing a pair of merino underlayer gloves. And a balaclava to keep my head warm. All these "little" things ends up making your cold winter rides so much more enjoyable. Anyway, keep on posting 😊

Great video. Terrific advice: “Just do SOMETHING!” It kind of supports a personal motto and something my kids are weary of hearing me say: “If all you ever do is what you already knew you could… WHAT’S THE POINT!” Yours is great advice to be sure that one can embrace the idea of enriching his life by adding something more.

Courageous indeed but allow me to give a little feedback... Although I totally understand you wanted to go out for this ride ( I would too) it's not without risks. Riding a bike, especially with a bit more intensity /climbing while being sick, even a little bit, can cause permanent damage to the heart. Been there done that. P'ease be careful and think the long term... I'm not criticising you at all, like I said I did it too and it's nice to see your enthusiasm. Just be careful 😉👍 Looking forward to future videos. Cheers

Finished Traws Eryri on Thursday with the same day from Betws-y-coed . Suspect the route has maybe slightly changed since you did it as I didn't have the farmer issue, only the ridiculous flight of stone steps down followed by the unrideable rocky climb which looks like it could all be easily bypassed. I'd recommend MTB just for the low gearing and feel there's not a lot to be gained by using a gravel bike.

Thanks for the videos and discussing your thoughts. I am also between an Orro Terra C and Ribble SL Gravel Enthusiast (with Ribble Ti (on offer at moment!) and Boardman ADV 9.2 as number 3/4)….Wanted to try and spend my money on a British bike as well as all seeming good value. With your experience of all three would you recommend one over the other if it was to also be used for some novice cyclocross racing as well gravel? Thanks for any wisdom you can share!
@themuddycyclist

Tough question, the Ribble is the best bike of the 3 IMO but it is also the most expensive. I've never done cyclocross so I'm probably not the best person to ask. Also not owned a Boardman 9.2 but it does look really good value.

All cyclists who ignore the highway code should have their car licences given points and all must have insurance for their bikes and all must pass a proficiency test. I may not believe any of that but if we all want to live in a ' safe ' world then it will be a dull place. Remember one of the original plotters in the gunpowder plot was not a Catholic but a Protestant so don't listen to idiots like this.
@paulmagus2133

I come from a catholic background and am not offended at all , the pope element is not taken seriously by most and celebrates the right of the majority against a religo/political terrorist plot to take down king and parliment. I love the event and everything in it, no barriers, no to banning fire crackers or torches etc , when i went there was rolling barrels of fire, has this been stopped?, if so, what a shame, it was dramatic and exciting.
@themuddycyclist
@themuddycyclist 3 ай бұрын
@@paulmagus2133 Fair point, I believe the rolling of the burning barrels still continues but I haven’t witnessed it. Think my point is if Lewes Bonfire didn’t exist and someone proposed it now, would it be accepted? And if it’s accepted that the Catholic Church are the ‘villains’ can similar festivals about Protestant and Muslims be held. IMO I think not.
