You should have no problem in the arena itself, I think the only issue you may run into would just be getting down the volcano itself in time… but if you were able to do it on ASE I don’t see it being a problem lol I wish you luck! Let me know how you make out, I’m kinda curious myself lol

I have not attempted this personally, and searching online quickly it does not look like there is a command for these specifically. You can try the standard GiveAllExplorerNotes command, and that MIGHT work but no guarantees of course. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!

Ya our first attempt didn't go well either, took a few rexes and it didn't land for us much either lol As for stats I can't speak to all of our stats, but the wyvern I rode was levelled to 14.9k hp, 1258 stam and 374 melee, and I had no imprints on it as it was originally raised for breeding. I went a bit heavy on the HP and probably didnt need that much... main issues for the health was the rock ele's, they messed up quite a few of the wyverns... I will try to find where we stashed the wyverns that were used in the fight and get ya some more of the stats that we used but no promises, I will have to ask my tribemates. Good luck with your fight though!

That may work out, since the rexes could deal with the ground dinos that spawn, I would suggest setting tame groups for the wyverns and rexes, with one player conrolling the rexes and one controlling the wyverns specifically, making sure they are focused on the manticore so they don't get distracted by the golems and death worms.

It is definitely a tedious process for sure, especially at official rates lol there was mutagen that was available on Gen 2 for Survival Evolved, which would enhance a random stat if I recall correctly and I think it could only be used once per Dino? Don’t quote me on that though, as I never really used it myself. Unfortunately though that won’t be in Ascended for quite some time, with the way Wildcard has been rolling out maps we probably won’t see Gen 2 being added until late 25, or even some time into 2026 lol

We did all stegos, rexes might work but they take a lot more damage… if you are gonna bring some support tames I would suggest theri’s, as they have a reduced damage buff due to being herbivores and you can use veggie cakes in them to heal em up as you go. We plan on running dragon this week with all theri’s, I’ll post a video once we do! Any other questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer!

Sorry for the late reply, I'm just seeing your other messages now, the gear seems good for sure I think you will be ok in that respect, but keep in mind though you won't be able to take the carchas into the overseer arena, they will only be able to be used to traverse down the volcano itself. Stegos are a good mount for the overseer due to the veggie cakes, the ability to shoot from their backs and the fact that they are immune to the knockoff from the overseer's lasers.

We had 9 players, 10 tames total. 1 Carchar, 3 Rexes and 6 Stegos. The player on the Carchar cryo'd it at the base of the volcano and jumped on the extra stego to complete the fight. Any other questions feel free to ask!

That is super disappointing to hear! I'll admit I haven't loaded up this game in a while but I was hoping it had been fixed by now, thanks for the update!

I'll be completely honest with you, I have never tried that many before so I cannot give you a precise answer, but I know that fitting that many on the teleporter will definitely be a challenge. I tried going in with a bunch of rexes (not exact on the number as I was with allies but it had to be at or north of 20) on ASE and it was almost impossible to fit em all on the teleporter, if you walk em all on and park em indivually it may be possible though... especially since you will be using theris... the biggest problem however is just getting them through the doorway at the top of the cave... you have only 5 minutes to get everything in. On our first attempt at alpha on the island with ASA we planned on bringing close to 20 tames altogether, but everything wanted to bunch up and not move which caused a major traffic jam causing us to leave almost half of our tames outside the cave by the time the door shut. It was a logistical nightmare lol One other thing to note is that the carchars will not make it all the way to the teleporter, as they will not be able to pass the tek barrier at the base of the cave. The other challenge you will run into with that many theris is getting them down the twisting cave, the new follow mechanics are kinda sporatic, and I would guess you would lose at least 25% of your tames from falling off the path and into the lava. You would have to walk em in small groups and keep going back for the others which could eat up valuable time. The bonus to using stegos in this fight with shotguns is they are not affected by the overseer's laser blasts, so you won't get knocked off, and you can use the veggie cakes to keep their health up. From what i understand, you can teleport to overseer multiple times at end of tek cave. Just have to be sure to have level100 plus person behind to TP second batch. Not sure tho

The carcha will fit through the main door to the tek cave and all the way down to the barrier at the bottom... it won't be able to go through the barrier however, so you will have to cryo it at that point to continue on... when we did this we had a spare stego following one of the players so the carcha rider had a mount once we reached the bottom. Alright so once you are satisfied with the mutations you have, it is that same as when you are stabilizing your line at the begining. For example breed a male with your melee mutations with a female with your health mutations until you get an offspring with both the melee and health mutations. Raise that one up and then breed it against the either the muatated male or female as required until you get the opposite sex with both mutation stacks on them. At that point you have your breeding pair that will guarantee your mutation stacks. This will start to raise your mutation count in your ancestry tab of course but at this point it won't matter since you are no longer breeding for mutations. As for my stats I can't help ya too much with that one atm, I have not messed around too much in single player on ASA aside from making this video really and have been spending most of my time on official... I do have a PvE cluster though which I use beacon to manage, and I have the imprint period multiplier set to 0.010417 and the Imprint amount multiplier is set to 2. Babies grow quick on my server though with the mature speed set to 150. These setting will allow a giga to grow to full size in 1 hour 37 minutes, requiring 10 imprints (with 5 minute intervals) to reach 100% imprint. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!

@GoToGaming tysm. I usually am the breeder in the group so I wanted to see if anything massively had changed like what was said from the devs before release. I'm so glad I didn't need to scrap my entire knowledge on mutation breeding. But this did help me touch up on some things since it had been around 5 months since the last time I played any ark title. I've been trying to fix my imprint bc in evolved I have the same exact SP stats from evolved into ascended and my imprints used to be 33% but now they are 3 and I can't find out why.

I have not tested this specifically, but as long as the teleporter takes him up to the overseer arena (I’ve heard mixed things about this, but it should work) he will be eligible for the extra 15 levels… it just raises the cap itself, you do not need to be at 105 to get the extra 15… hope this helps!

Unfortunately no, with the new requirement for cryos needing to be deployed within range of a cryo fridge there would be no way to throw em out down there... I have not tested this on unofficials that have this requirement turned off however so it may be possible there... If I end up getting a chance to test that I will let you know!

I’m not 100% sure if gigas will fit through the front door but I know carchars do, but if it will let you throw your gigas out of cryopods within the door I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to toss out your rexes near the bottom ledge like you could before… here’s hoping that still works!

If each side has 20 it will stop mutating, but if you keep all the muts on the fathers side the females will still be at 0/20 which will allow it to mutate. Doing that will allow you to go well above 20 on the fathers side. As long as you breed back to pure unmutated females you are good to go. The mutations will slow down at that point though as they will only be able to come from the mothers side, if you are still below 20 on the fathers side you have a chance of a mutation coming from either side essentially doubling your chances. Oh wow those are some pretty crazy rexes for official, you SHOULD be good as long as you have good saddles and a full roster, just beware of the acid spit… using the megatherium seems to lock her in place and she doesn’t really seem to use the acid when that happens… hope this helps, thanks for watching!

This video was recorded before they enabled transfers, which at the time downloads were turned off. I’m not 100% sure if our items would have gotten deleted, but out of precaution we decided to dump everything on the stegos to be sure we didn’t lose anything. Now that transfers have been opened you should be able to keep everything in your inventory but there is still always a chance something could happen during the download of your character. In this case yes it is the utilities plus mod, but you can also get the tek binoculars in the base game by beating the alpha overseer. The official ones work exactly the same as the mod version, and are super handy!

That’s very possible, I had based that section on what I knew about ASE, but I have not had enough time to test that in ASA yet. I’m not sure if it will be tracked as a separate stat or combined to max out. Even though they do show separately now, I have a feeling the max may still be a combination of the wild stats and mutations. I will def have to keep an eye out for that as my mutations stack and will report back with what I find if and when I ever get to that point… I’ve been playing official since the start of ASA though so that may take some time lol

Dang I feel for you, I’m just going off how it sounded in the patch notes but there may very well be something in place with gigas and carchs where they still can’t pass 1290.
