Hi James, I don’t have a kettle bell at home so am using dumbbells for this routine.. now that I am recovering from the virus that’s dominated my life for last few months, a couple more dumbbell routines would be ace thank you, before I get back into the gym for some heavier lifting🏋🏽‍♀💪🏽🙏🏽

凄い汗!呼吸もし易い! そしてHIITとAMRAPがきちんと区切られている長時間のワークアウトは実は少なくて飽きるのに全く飽きなかった! 凄い効果!ありがとうございます!! ところで、ストレングストレーニングのdumbbellの重さを全て重くするのと、途中で軽くするのの効果の違いは何? 全部重くしちゃダメ?

Thank you! The first set you do should be heavy enough that you couldn’t do it again for another 30 seconds, that is why we go again with a lighter weight to increase the overload. Well done though for doing it!

Did this with my 15 yr old today. I enjoyed it. She doesn't like strength 😂. I used to be the same. Now I'm all strength and dislike cardio now 😂🤷‍♀️

Amazing workout. I love it and i do it 2 or 3 times a week. I would only add a calories counter at the top of the screen.

Really glad you like it! And 2/3 times a week is awesome! Love the feedback on the calorie counter. The only thing about that is that everyone burns calories at a different rate and want to always be very transparent. But completely get where you are coming from

Love it! Keep me doing them. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my workout after i get it done. I just never want to start it. But when I see a new video of yours in the morning, I get my mind mentally prepared to complete it, and I am seeing the results ❤ plus, I always love the feeling of accomplishment.

Awesome! Loved it! Just what I've been looking for, Would love ones that are a full hyperthropy body part work outs, sometimes I just need that digital partner to keep me going. Music was a bit naff but otherwies loved it mate!
