何これ不思議。 重いダンベルの後に軽いダンベルでやっても疲れたのにROUND 1より2の方が楽だったし、終わった後は疲れていない不思議な現象がおきた。 今日はこの後葉酸を摂取して、knee friendly HIITとピラティスで終わりにする。 楽しいワークアウトをありがとうございます🌈
