@JamesEvans well, i got an ab roller with my gift and I thought, when will I use it? So 2 days ago, I kid you not, I just used it to do 8 and oh man, 8 was enough in conjunction with the videos 😆 but it is good. Haven't felt soreness in my abs since college

@JamesEvans well, i think it is my year to give it all! I never really gave it my all because I was never sure if I really wanted to. But I really want to go to rock climbing gym in my area. I need strong muscles to get to the top 🤷‍♀️

@ that’s an awesome goal! We do climbing on my Residentials and it really gives clients motivation! Well you are definitely on your way for sure!

私は下半身の筋トレとHIITの後にこれをやった。 30秒で5回しかできないのは何故😅 休んだら目が回るからこれで終わりにする😢

Sounds like you just need to rest maybe? You are still recovering.

恐らく正しい。 いつ症状が無くなるか?は、個人差があるらしい。 今朝、貴方のワークアウト限定で少し息が上がる程度でも浮腫が解消されて動きやすくなるし血糖値も下がる事が分かったから、来週の通院日までは回数に拘らずにやりたい事だけやる事にする。多分。

That honestly is only doctors advice, as I have never met you and not medically qualified do not want to give any advice on that. But the advice I would give, and I should listen to it more too, is listen the body. If it’s tired and needs to rest, we should rest it! I know my wife will be rolling her eyes at this comment 😏
