Good workout, struggled to follow along using a set of adjustable dumbells. Took too long to change the weights mid exercise, so abandoned the light and just went heavy all the way through. Enjoying the workouts of yours I have completed so far. A cooldown/streth at the end would be good as I finish and then just kind of do whatever I can remember to do, but something guided to reflect key areas worked in the workout would be good, just a few mins on the end.

@@stuartbond24 love the feed back buddy and glad you liked the workout! Some workouts do have cool downs on the end but also looking a completely separate video on cool downs people can opt and choose. Nice idea about the reflecting will heavily look into that!
