Moo Deng ( baby hippo) has been my favorite of late. I took your Big Bliss training and it has helped me with bliss. I have been happy, content and at peace but bliss was eluding me. Thank you Forrest!🙏🏼💗

I have my eight year old yellow Lab next to me, we just lost our Eleven year old Lab. My heart is so stretched this week, with Love. Thank you Forrest.❤️

Awesome, Forrest. I gotta say the Cute "Puppy" Meditation is one of my favorite practices. It just feels right and is super easy. Regarding the time it takes to master the practices, well, I remind myself of the etymology of sacrifice. It comes from the Latin sacrificium, from sacer, meaning “holy,” and facere, meaning “to make.” That's, I feel, what Mary Oliver was pointing at when asking the question: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” Blessings and blissings!

4:00 The power of this is overlooked. Not just in meditation, but in social media as well...... As they would all like you to believe that negative content is what gets the most views. I think Forest knows otherwise... But if you simply look at cute baby videos, cute puppy dog videos, and acts of compassion among strangers, you'll quickly see that these videos get millions of views a lot across all borders with zero ediding and zero prep.... Zero targeting... So what does that tell you about all of humanity? And what does that tell you about the negative content myth? I wouldn't doubt that this video gets more hits than normal just because of the term cute baby in it

Hi im practicing meditation for a few weeks but recently my eyes have started to twich and im unable to like keep them in relaxed position even by opening or closing my eyelids idk where to keep them can you please help me understand? Like the remainder of my body is completely relaxed and even my breath is relaxed but im unable to keep my eyes properly and like its twitching And i tried hakalu but idk how to do it with closed eyelids im not able to maintain steady eye position

I’m also dealing with (so annoying!) eye twitching. I saw elsewhere that Forrest suggested massaging the muscles around the eyes before beginning meditation. I also do facial acupressure and/or gua sha for this - you can find tutorials here on YT. 🕉

I’ve been meditating since 2016 and still have trouble understanding some of these terms 😩 I think I’m going crazy. Sometimes I think people are experiencing something completely different than I am 😞I don’t know what bliss is. I don’t know what love is. I don’t think I’m doing it right.

Hello wonderful Forrest, I hope you are having a pleasant day. I love the idea of looking at cute pictures to stimulate and energize the left amygdala, and lifting the weight just enough to strengthen that part of the brain. On another note I have a question, would you recommend doing Om Japa only while sitting or is it fine to do it while lying down as well?

Can I combine om japa with HRV breathing? I try to HRV breath always all day so it would feel akward to breath faster during om japa. When you showed om japa your breathing was faster than HRV but slower than in navi.
