Since you like the train ride, I have one line to recommend in China, which is K54. You can try to google or baidu this line. They call it moving hotel. This train departs at night around 21:00 something in Shenyang, and arrives in Beijing at about 7:00 in the next morning. Or the other direction from Beijing to Shenyang, K53. So you don't need to spend the money for the hotel over the night. And, BEST thing ever, really the BEST thing, is you can choose a 2-person cabin, where a private toilet is included. It is PERFECT for two persons to spend over the night and enjoy the train ride. I highly recommend this one, TOP ONE on my list. Just give it a try, really
