Taipei is not perfect but people are mellow and foods are generally cheap and tasty. Weather sucks but boba is everywhere and coffee is cheap. Taichung and Kaohsiung are not too bad either. I consider Taipei a perfect place as a home base for visiting other countries in Asia. 😊
