So I procrastinated in looking up your other channel and KZbin put this video in my feed 😂 My first thought was, "What if the place catches on fire and firefighters have to enter?" Even if you're home to babysit, what if you have a medical emergency such that you're able to phone 911 _but can't get up to unspring the trigger?_ And suppose that in your emergency you can't articulate the warning that the bedroom door is boobytrapped. You might have the concern for the lives of first responders that leads you to decide not to call 911, but then someone has to come get your deceased body. It's just not worth it to me. Better to boobytrap with bells, whistles, cameras and microphones. Imho.

You agree to an arbiter paid for by the auto manufacturer that turns around and says it’s not a lemon but fits the criteria for a lemon legally than yea it should not be binding if the court finds the arbiter is rubbing stamping the check signer and not coming to a conclusion that is legally acceptable. As for the employee discount I could see a more legitimate claim of they are being compensated for waving their rights with the discount. So the agreement is special compensation for a special situation but if it’s a lemon it’s a lemon and cars make crappy lemonade.

Steve, I decided not to use a gun to protect my property. But I do have a electric chainsaw. So it starts instantly. I can not disarm a person, but maybe they will run away screaming if I unhand them or try to disarm them. I might disembowl them. But who knows. I think about this. "911 what is your emergency" Umm, a guy broke in and did not drop the knife, so I cut his hand off. Yes that is him crying in the background. No I don't think he will harm me now, the knife dropped when his hand was removed. My address? I do understand that leaving the person alive can cause a problem. I have heard some say "Survivors will be shot again". But I don't have enough assets to have someone sue me.

Enjoyed seeing this. I knew that was a Zoom H6 recorder, since I have one. I bought it a number of years ago with accumulated birthday and Christmas money and I’ve used it in so many unexpected ways-as a mini mixer to broadcast both room sound as well as the sound from the sound system, as a spread microphone to amplify a choir, as well as using it to record nature sounds in stereo, which is why I thought I was buying it. 🙂
@fk319fk4 күн бұрын
I love my H6. I also have a video camcorder, and I use the H6 to record where the action is and video further back. I do this so the audio is in sync with the video and the audio sounds much better. When the F8 comes out with the attachment connector, I will get that, too!

Just looking at the type of camera and given the age it probably doesn’t have a tilt / flip screen.
@smvb775 күн бұрын
I think I have a Nikon that is older than that. Its screen flips around, so I would guess that it would be too distracting to see yourself while filming. The OP might have seen videos when he did have it flipped around possibly…who knows? It is fun to see the behind the scenes view though.
@grahamstretch68635 күн бұрын
@ I was looking at the fact that it has buttons down the left which seems to preclude the screen from hinging out but I stand to be corrected on that, I’m not too familiar with Nikon bodies.

FYI, WMMS was the radio station that launched the 40 year career of the Canadian trio Rush. DJ Donna Halper was sent a copy of their self-funded first album, RUSH (which they released in 1974 on the label they created, Moon Records) buy a guy at a record label that had received the album but weren't interersted in them. The last song in the album, Working Man, was pretty good and was just over 7 minutes long, giving the DJ's time for a bathroom break. When they first played Working Man they started getting calls from listeners asking when the new Led Zeppelin album was coming out. Lots of airplay got them their first record deal with Mercury Records.

If memory serves, I think you did address that question about Hertz. You may not have gotten into the specific statutes that would have applied, but you pointed out they all had valid contracts, for which they had already paid, and I don't think the contract specifies a specific car. You pointed out that if they got stopped by the police, that contract would have made it pretty difficult for Hertz to say they had stolen the car. Although given Hertz' reputation, it would probably be a good idea to take pictures of the license plate, odometer and any pre-existing damage to the car before taking it.
