That's why I hate copyright law. It's ridiculous. I'm not defending Disney or anything, but they were right. This duck literally copied, plagiarized the appearance of Donald Duck. It's undeniable fact. In many ways big companies have more laws than small people, but sometimes something ridiculous like this happens. I wouldn't call it amazing outsmarting. Rather just abusing the law backdoors to keep plagiarizing. You may hate me for stating the truth, but yes. This duck is a plagiarized version of Donald. Design-wise. And even plenty of old Disney stuff is not their original ideas either. Like Snow White, Aladdin or Cinderella for example. These are characters from popular fairy tales. Disney just used them in their own work. But they did create Donald and the distinctive look is definitely something that should be protected. I never read the comic, but if it's good or bad, it doesn't matter. They should use their own character (and the design too). If it was that good, people would read it anyway. There is so many plagiarism in the world today. Both by small companies/people and big companies.

In my town we have bronze statues of regular folks all over down town. Every winter when it gets cold, folks give them coats, hats, and gloves. Any one whose cold can take them. I live in wichita ks.❤
