I was looking up ftm content and I just saw the two Jackson’s video, which is years old. Then this was next on recommended and let it play. It made me cry, seeing how much you’ve changed and how you’re thrived. It gives me so much hope. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with concealing you’re trans for safety. I also understand feeling guilty though. You have to protect yourself but you feel bad for not trusting people openly… people can seem really nice until they’re provoked. Unfortunately, lgbtq status, nationality, religion, and any number of other facts of who we are can set off an ill response in others, sadly.

Here are my thoughts on this. I have nothing against detransitioners. But when they try to weaponize it. And spread lies and misinformation about trans people. That is what I don’t like. Because at the end of the day we all make choices. If you’re not willing to live with the consequences of your actions. Then don’t do anything. And wait until you are sure. No one is forcing anyone to be trans. I’m getting top surgery because I want to. No one is forcing me to. I’m trans masculine genderfluid. And not on hormones. I can honestly say that I love myself enough to want to be the best version of myself. And that means getting top surgery because binding alone isn’t a long term solution for me. It sucks. But when I bind I do feel better about my body. But I know it’s not healthy long term.
