This is my offering for the Jaroudi Family's Virtual Potluck on April 11th!!! The first version of the Shakshuka is mildly spiced, suitable for pretty much most everyone, and the second is made a lot more in line with my personal tastes... that means it's very spicy indeed! I'll be bringing the second to my own table at the Potluck, but feel free to make whichever you like, or both! And don't be shy; if you think that the recipe could use something extra, or have suggestions to improve it, please let me know in the comments below! I'd love to hear from you.
I hope you enjoy!
I use only ONE supplement because I get everything else I need from my food. The B12 spray I use is available by clicking this link: amzn.to/2RK2raW
If you DO click that link and purchase anything, Amazon will give me a small percentage of the sale amount at no additional cost to you; that little boost helps me continue to make videos, do fun things for you, and honestly just helps me and my family. In time I hope to have a shop page on Amazon I can direct you to and let you browse products I like, including a range of boardgames I personally own OR enjoyed so much I recommend them.
Check out some of my inspirations! Check out this bunch on KZbin:

Do I need a legal disclaimer? Not sure... basically do the sensible thing and talk to a doctor before doing any drastic weight-loss or making crazy decisions. If you do what I did and copy a Las Vegas Magician (and arguably worse, a Juggler) you're an idiot and fully deserving of whatever happens... do it sensibly and do it right!

Love hearing Rowan in the background. So, both recipes look fabulous and I like spicy so I may try your second one first. I hope you have posted the recipes on Facebook?

hey again, i came over from Brian & Jessica #Knocks in the Kitchen , looks yummy. I wish i could find bag frozen peppers like that , nice..Love the kitty, i have mine in some of my vids too. Just an observation, We have to wash our cans & anything that goes in the recycle, if they find one piece of dirt, they throw the whole bag in the regular garbage. Take care & stay safe 👍🏻💜🙏❤️🙏❤️

Hey! Yeah, with regards the dirty cans, they're a bit more pragmatic here in germany :) The recycleables is pretty much just 'pop it in the bin, we'll sort it and clean it, it's fine'. But good on you for noticing and catching it! I think if I'd done this in the UK I'd have gotten told off! :P Jessica knows the joy of the pre-packaged stuff available in the UK and EU very well; ask her about the Asda salad section sometime!!! She lit up like it was Christmas... I mean, it *was* Christmastime, but still... :P

@@MartintheGreatPotatoMage Oh i see, tnx for explaining, u would think i was the garbage police or something !! LOL> Here they look in a bag & if they see one thing wrong, they leave the torn open bag, with garbage all over the ground, & put an orange rejection sticker on it, EEEKKKK hhaha Must be really something , that salad section !! Haha, like Christmas, but it was Christmas, !! Anyway, u prob sleeping now, oh i thought u were in UK, not sure what time it is in Germany. I was wondering y those cans had German labels, DAH !! 9:30 here.Take care & stay safe 👍🏻💜🙏❤️

I'll be honest, I haven't a clue! But chances are, if they're available here in Berlin, they'll be available in America :) or you can cheat it and use normal chickpeas and a bit of harissa separately :P that's honestly how I thought I'd have to do it before I found these cans

What brand pan are you using? Is it heavy? It looks nice to cook with.

I'll be honest, I have no idea. I think the giant non-stick was found in a supermarket called real, but it's been a little while. It's great for bigger dishes, and thanks to not using oils and the like, it's one of my favourites. Most of the time I cook in the smaller non-stick that I used to fry up the eggplant :) I'll have a look for a maker mark later

How did you cook that couscous?!
@MartintheGreatPotatoMage
@MartintheGreatPotatoMage 4 жыл бұрын
The couscous is actually the first attempt at a kofte couscous that I tried earlier; just boiled some water, added couscous and some spices, and let it absorb the water. I probably made way too much; the rest is in the fridge. It wasn't a very successful experiment, I don't think the spices did much at all, so you'd probably be fine with plain, or just using rice :)
