Yes, chastising people in public forums really isn't productive, especially when the person being chastised isn't meaning to upset or hurt anyone. Our community is a small one and everyone should be supportive, forgiving, and not point fingers. Positivity should be the rule of thumb.

Very true, but sometimes, when you see a blatant problem that seems extremely purposeful and intentioned, it is very hard to let that go. With regards a certain incident I'm fairly sure you might be referencing, could I have handled it better? Absolutely. Was I upset seeing someone's hard work being slandered in a very public fashion? Also yes. But anyway. Bygones be bygones, and I believe we have agreed to disagree.

I do not condone what they did. But in the circumstances that were in and you never know what other people home life is like in they just made some head to take out some frustration and anger on someone else. Was it right no can I somewhat empathize with them yes.

Oh believe me, Yanni, I can fully appreciate someone taking out a bit of stress at this sort of time; it's a scary and stressful time! But where I draw the line is this sort of blanket behaviour, trying to exert perceived authority over everyone regardless, rather than just focusing and arguing with one person. If it was just me, I'd have probably shrugged it off as someone being mad on the internet, but it's like they decided suddenly that they were right and everyone else was wrong, and every single person in every single one of those groups should bow down to them immediately... Eh. Anyway. Over and done, water under the bridge, I had my little grumble and can definitely see that it could well be someone trying to exert authority and take control of something when they may be losing control of everything else in their life. Hopefully things will get better for everyone sooner rather than later! Thanks for getting in touch :) I appreciate the viewpoint!
