Hi. Today I was playing in this pickup hockey group that often has college players and pros come out and play. Today I set the single game goal record at 3 goals in the “championship game” which is: at the end of every day we play a first to 5 game. I just set the goal record in this game at 3 goals. When you come back from Russia i would like you try to come out and see if you can beat it.

Certainly draws off the tee see to work well, but approach and touchy shots you need that fade spin!

Seems to me from playing golf myself that it is harder to get the ball to sit and or spin back when hitting a cut shot. Wonder your view on that for your game. Love the vid bubz!! Hope all is well with you and the family pal.

I would honestly go back to wearing stuff from the 90's if I could. I really hate all the new gear, but what other choice do we have. Real skates were better than these plastic ski boots. You're too young to remember them, but they were infinitely more comfortable. The Daoust 501 was the greatest skate ever made. Gretzky wore them, so they must have been good.

More I think, there is nothing else like Hockey.. one of the only things you literally suit up in full body armor for lol.. The way speed and aggression all comes together when steel meets ice, I think its this that makes Hockey what it is, can be no different, there is no time or room to be thinking about shit that doesn't matter, it is a battle!! lol

the fact these guys wear super old and destroyed gear when they could have whatever the latest and greatest is, is just awesome! Polar opposite mindset at this level imo. Love it! This is the kinda stuff that needs to dominate the community, not the constant new custom high end gear brags, too many young jaded players.. Id say your Skates, Stick, and Gloves are the only pieces of gear you should care more about, as these more so directly translate to your performance.

Dude I remember my senior year of MA HS hockey I had lace bite all season, I never knew how to get rid of it. Half the season I just shoved the socks we didn’t wear in my skates and had massive ankles
