if you want do do someother summon run ever you should pick up moghs great rune it give your summons bleed it might not be worth the effort but it might help if your stuck on a fight

Why does everyone forget there are items to direct aggro of your summons?

I loved the floating islands but I feel like they showed off the floating islands so much and made it look like they were going to be a huge part of the game which they were. But I feel there could have been more, lots of the pairs of floating islands were shrines which were fun but did end up repetitive every once in a while. I just wish there were more larger island pairs for example the Great Sky Island. But thats just my opinion.

Yep if the lore and story did not have so many holes and inconsistencies then it would have saved the game, despite the accusations of it being a huge botw dlc, being too derivative, tec. Fixing story and lore is a heck of a lot easier than reworking mechanics.

Yeah, speed runs are just dumb IMO. No one really cares about the glitches you happened to find & now can finish a game in like 20 minutes. Ugh. Gaming is dying. Developers don’t care about gameplay anymore. They only care about making a game look good & “pleasing the masses”. Players don’t care about gameplay either. It’s all about cosmetics & “fashion wars”. It’s sad really. As an older gamer who played games from the 80s on, the games of the last 20yrs or so haven’t really been that good. I played Zelda :OOT a million times. I played Elden Ring for about 2 weeks before I got bored running around killing trash mobs. D4, I was bored after about a month. I’ll go back each season n see what it’s like, but if it’s terrible, like Season 3 is, I’ll just lease n go play something else til the next season drops. Gaming has become boring. Spend $70 & take 6 yrs to create a game I can finish in 2 days. Really?? This is where gaming is now? No wonder the vast majority of games being played are older games. Games were just better 20+ yrs ago, sadly.

Haha I’m glad I found my people, I put something like 800 hours (summer into end of year 2023) into TOTK. What was I doing all that time? Who knows, all sorts of rando crap lol. I never finished it, partially because I got burned out and wanted to try something new, partially cuz by defeating Ganon I’d have no more challenges. I already put hundreds of hours into upgrading every single piece of upgradeable armor. Obtaining the necessary materials alone will drive you mad. I will be back though, decided that before Nintendo’s new console comes out, I will return to Hyrule to destroy that spicy bitch.

When I want a spirit summon to fight enemies on its own (something to do while waiting to be summoned for multiplayer), I cast the Darkness incantation while target locked on to the thing I want it to aggro. That puts it in combat and puts you out of combat.
