David, I have nothing against you, but I’m very curious in wonder and confused I subscribe to a lot of KZbin channels a lot of them. I don’t even get to keep up with their content. I have never subscribed to your channel. or hit the like button To your videos, not saying I haven’t enjoyed some of them with all that said why is it that every night when I fall asleep with my television on I am guaranteed to be woken up with 100 hours of David somewhere in the world videos This has been going on for years. I keep saying why if KZbin is gonna pick what I watch why don’t they pick something from my subscriptions? Why always you? so my question to you is. other than being a content creator, are you a close relative to any of the owners of KZbin? If it was up to me, I would rename your channel to David is always here uninvited in my bedroom in the middle of the night every night

Hey, no problem, totally get it, and it happens to me too. It might be that you click the video and comment and watch similar videos so the algorithm thinks that you like the channel. I also am a huge youtube consumer and it happens. I WISH i had some connection to KZbin, other than that I have been grinding since 2008 since the beginning so I Just have a lot of videos out there and the DBH channel is one of the larger food/travel ones out there I think. That said, if you click the 3 little dots on the bottom right hand corner of the videos on your "homepage" then you should be able to click "Not Interested" or "Don't Recommend Channel". Although then I guess you wouldn't see the channel which would make me sad 🤣! Subscriptions aren't as important as interaction of said subscription. Many people aren't subscribed to a channel in fact the majority just click the video suggestions on their homepage and then on the right hand side panel when viewing a video. A small percentage from end screens too. So yeah, its all "recommended". Most people aren't "searching" or keeping up with subscriptions. That's my experience at least.
