I remember Roger saying at a concert if you don’t like my politics f@ck off to the bar. I did one better, I went to see Dave Gilmore at royal Albert hall which is one of my fav gigs. Roger, a very rich socialist… think I’m gonna pass on this one.

I got this on double cassette in 1992, as a 15 year old who had found QUUEN! This album blew me away! My ears had never heard such noise and raw hard energy like this!!! I think now however, the sound needs to be remixed for a good modern sound.

Those 2 concerts are among the finest hard rock live recordings ever made. People can argue as much as they want but this proves that Queen was really influential among the heavy metal genre as well.🤘🏼😎

I would not buy it, even if the package came with an authenticated sliver of Roger Water's soul-if it was the sliver of a soul it would be somebody else's soul that he had bought cheap because he sold his years ago. Coming soon is something more reliable-Sony Pictures doing their 'full whistles and bells' remaster of 'Pink Floyd in Pompeii' where viewers and listeners will have the clearest take on 1971 they will ever get. Will there be a commentary track with it? And who will Sony coerce into sounding sane, fair, and balanced?

Not getting this. I already bought the Super Deluxe version of the "The Wall" signed by Roger many years ago. That one was also a limited edition of something like 1500 copies so I've already got my fill of overpriced Waters merch. At least, however, the live "Wall" album is pretty good. This new DSOTM isn't something you'd want to listen to more than once, and that's just out of curiosity.

I wouldn't dare asking for this...what a day and what a treat...but I'm the perfectionist and I will be definitely looking forward to the 5th anniversary edition - hopefully it finally includes the album on 8 LPS, the remastered live version on 4 neon LPs and the 500 page making-of book.

Yes the early Roxy Music. years would ve been very interesting. -I knoww he was at Ipswich School of Art for a while and that he lived at Woodbridge where he had a studio. -will try and try and check it out -thanks Darren!

I have always called "Malcom" my favourite film and the sound track has always been a maguer attraction. Tranquil high drama. After years I finally saw "Penguin Café" in Edinburgh about 4 years ago and it was sublime. Bravo, bravo.
