After listening to MP Kapil Sibal's speech on unemployment issue and future. I am thinking that many countries with high HDI are facing skill workers shortage. The average age of the population is 40+ in many European countries and even US and China is close to 40. They need to use AI for keeping up their industrial production and some service sectors. Along with that more than 50% of population in these countries is living in urban areas and agriculture is not primary income for majority of people because the nature, soil, climate and other things are not helping to grow as different crops as India is growing in our farm. And India's 60% population is living in non-urban areas which is a positive thing. We have large young population with unemployment issue. So I think Agriculture is the best unique solution and strength of India's future. This field needs manpower which we have, this needs sustainable techniques which we have, all we need is technology and market which western countries can provide. Industrialisation and manufacturing sector needs to expand but we must focus on Food processing because raw material is coming from our home. India going abroad for personal growth is nothing wrong. In fact, my friend living in US said that not many fruits are available here as many as India can grow in one single season. I was amazed to know that. Population + Agri favourable conditions + Technical skills is great combination
