I feel like this is MORE Emotionally Impactful for Optimus than people realize. Optimus has Always lived his life believing that Primes are supposed to be these Perfect Pure-hearted beings who can do no Wrong and who value the Preservation of life and liberty throughout the Universe. As such he's ALWAYS Tried to live up to the prime name, and always had THEIR Image to fall back on for reference. But After the events of THIS Comic, he learned that there WAS In fact, and EVIL Prime who was the Exact OPPOSITE of EVERYTHING that Optimus thought the prime name stood for! As such, the Image of what it means to be a Prime has practically been turned on it's head for him. Now, Especially after learning that Omega's actions were practically no better, it's as if he Truly has NO ONE to fall back onto for advice. And now, Optimus has an even GREATER Weight on his shoulder. Now it's no longer about living up to the Prime name, but Remolding it from Scratch into what HE Believes a prime SHOULD Be. As well as trying to make up for the mistakes made by the Primes of old. As Optimus says at the end of this comic; "The visible scars will fade, but I know with dire certainty, others NEVER will." For him, it must be traumatizing to find out that one of the primes of old, NOVA Prime had corrupted the legacy beyond repair with his CRULE Intentions to forcefully Cyber-form the Universe. An ambition no better than that of Megatron.

I’m assuming the lore behind this is that the Autobots and Decepticons ended up in the Star Wars Galaxy and its the classic transformers story of “get the artifact before the other faction does” In this Optimus was looking for the Holocron of Reven and given Optimus’s reaction, the Darkside aspect of the holocron is probably effecting his mind. Then again this is also a parody and I’m probably reading too deeply into it 😂
