Shoulder flexion assist in peak bicep contraction . Anatomy 101 . If you don’t understand this concept, then flex your biceps to the peak contraction with no shoulder reflection and simply add in few degrees of shoulder flexion, and you will fill the peak of the contraction in the bicep . Obviously this is true because preacher curls start you in that position . Are your shoulders moving towards flexion or extension when you’re in a preacher curl ?

If you want strong forearms, start rock climbing. Nothing I ever did in the gym came close to the pump and forearms that you get from climbing regularly, and your grip strength increases tremendously as well.

"Low Key" get some nun chucks and just swirl them to start art. Then sqeeze for function. For size, yeah, do all of this. Fo functionality throughout. Refer to the initial advice in my text.

This is impractical as some people arms are naturally bent and anyone who lift weights knows that when you do weight lifting for a number of years your arms have a natural curve to them they're not straight
