I did lateral raises yesterday for the first time ever and I just saw this video today for the first time and lemme tell you. I did everything wrong and feel all of what he showed you'd feel in pain for doing them wrong. Maybe I'll revisit in a few days after my shoulder don't feel soo crazy lol

This guy is totally correct. I was doing my delt raises wrong keeping my arm totally straight and my left arm popped out and I have permanent damage. Listen to this guy he's right

Nothing wrong with straight arms if you are performing partials. Partials are actually very effect for side delt because you can go heavier since you’re not using full range motion. I incorporate partials some time ago and have noticed a difference in size.

There's another major mistake #6 and that's rotating your wrists pointing downwards like you're pouring milk jugs. This damages your rotator cuff

not related but when i do any bicep work, my left shoulder hurts, but my right side is fine.. and doing triceps, my right side feels like cramping up but my left is fine
