Hello. I tried to get the free toolkit. During the process I had to subscribe, which I did, and I confirmed the subscription from my email - but no toolkit. I then figured that I've signed up before with my regular email (I am getting the newsletters already), so I tried with another email - but same result. So, how do I get the toolkit?

Thanks for sharing this detailed video. I have the same situation with my blue and gold and my vets are unable to pin point a solution. She’s loosing weight and is about 700gms now. If you don’t mind, can you please share the medication that helped you to fix this metal toxicity? I’m feeling awful feeling so helpless now.

i've watched several of your videos and you have such a simplistic way to explain behaviors and what to be cautious for. i wish you still made videos. they are great! cant wait to test the techniques you've taught me at a bird sanctuary i'm volunteering at!

I've had a conure for 4 years and can't believe how close our relationship is . I've become addicted to her and can't wait for her to wake up every morning. None of my friends or family like birds so it's great to see a smart person care for a parrot. Since finding out about clay salt licks used by parrots in the wild I wonder if she was craving for salt minerals during her egg laying. I noticed years ago when I bred budgies they would go crazy for Himalayan pink salt during breeding. I've heard salt causes diarrhea in birds but that may be old, out of date advice. I give my Green cheek the choice and she likes taking a few licks off a chunk of pink salt everyday.

i have a male Amazon yellow nape parrot that i got as a baby. he is now 45 years old. he eats a Henderson cube diet and and human food off my plate. he is a gourmet bird. he became sexually mature at 4/5 years old. it took us 2 years of working it out together before before we began to understand each other’s needs. when he gets horney he masterbates my shoes with my feet together. it doesn’t take long and he is satisfied. our relationship is perfect now and he doesn’t have hardly any hormonal episodes. at his 5th thru his 7th year i did get bitten a lot.

I'm not sure but it probably will regurgitate it. It's system might even be able to handle it because its a natural seed from a fruit. Good luck.

Searched you out, thanks for the helpful video. Seeking advice in a chicken dilemma. My Roo is super sweet and friendly. He and the flock hang out around my house and spends time on my porch. Super sweet but I got chickens to go eat the ticks and I just have a lot of poop to clean off my porch instead. Is there some way to train him to take the flock out to the field? If I stand out there they will too but they follow me back. Sometimes I sneak away but eventually they come looking.

I adored the food focus of your cockatoo friend, whose whole agenda throughout that video was 'is that hand about to deliver another treat or just waving aimlessly' 😊

I just got a 9 month quaker the family I got her from let her attack their dogs they , thought she was cute. Now she's attacking my dogs and wont sit anywhere but on your head. She walks the floor waiting to jump on the dogs. How can I change the behavior? What are you giving for a treat in the video?
@avianbehavior9 ай бұрын
I use bits of nut or small seeds for my training, but anything the bird prefers as their most favorite treat is what we use. We have several free training challenges on our website avian-behavior.org/training-services/online-courses/

There's certain times raptors hunt. If you free fly your birds at these times they're more susceptible to attacks however you can mitigate it with knowing your raptor species. And in case you forgot which channel you we're on avian behaviour works with raptors. So they would definitely know what times of day are most safest. I find it funny how the general public who probably have no idea or expertise in birds and raptors find the need to post a comment like this on an actual channel that has educational degrees on studying and working with these animals. Do you tell your local doctor to be careful of covid😂. Read the room.

How do u get adult chickens tame without scaring them?
@ABigFanOfEthobot4 ай бұрын
You usually have to "tame" them when they are chicks it makes it a lot easier, but you can teach them that your not a threat by saying something every time you see them so that they get used to your voice and then as you progress start giving them treats...its a whole process (I would know how to do this because I have a trained chicken ❤)

My macaw started to step up on me recently by showing the vertical hand.Unfortunately he started to avoid me after 5 days of training and now he tries to bite me.But when I close the door for few seconds and Start again then he just puts one foot on my hand...he is unwilling to step up now...don't know what went wrong? Also should I keep my hand horizontal now?
