Not a doctor, but have you tried some calming teas lilke mint or also eating something with magnesium. Also not sure when you are eating but sometimes you could just be dropping from a carb spike.

The waking up at 2 am sounds like alcohol. Any time i drink at all , i wake up at 2 and cant sleep for a couple hours. I guess that happens when you reach a certain age. ugh. enjoyed the video. wish i was out there riding

The morning sun and early riding is somewhat a payoff for not sleeping too well at camp. The "ahh" thing at the the first swig is pure satisfaction for sure and is moire of a blue collar thing than not, Who does this after a sip of wine! My grown daughter dislikes me doing it (after first coffee sip too" so I do it all the more!!

Re: interrupted sleep at 2-4am. This seems to be a common thing for us guys in our 50s: I get it, many of my friends have commented on it, seems to be related to 'unspecified stress'. That's a catch-all for anything, really. Sign'o'the times!
@SomeGuyRidesКүн бұрын
Now to figure out how to rid yourself of unspecified stress. Seems complicated. Unspecified Stress is also my new emo band's name.

Irony: metric is 'empirically' better than imperial. (Is 10-day week metric?) Beer 'ahhh' clearly learned behavior (first beer transition moment in the day from work to play - Pavlov's dog thing going on, I think); Dandruff symptomatic of full, rich, shaggy head of hair; mostly blends in with grey hairs. Who cares if people see it -- to heck with their cow-like judgements.
@therealstevedye_1212 күн бұрын
I'm down with the metric system. One wonders, however, why you couldn't just do even and odd days of the month? Sure, there'd be the occasional overlap... but I don't want a godam 8 day week!
@SomeGuyRidesКүн бұрын
My even days per week theory doesn't really hold up all that well under any scrutiny. ha!

I had dandruff for years. I tried everything from head and shoulders to coal tar soap. The only fix I've found accidently. I just scrub my head really, really hard. I scrub it while I'm washing it, I scrub it while rinsing. So hard with the finger tips I really think I'm doing damage. (Watch those nails). I don't have 100% elimination of flakes, but they don't get on my shoulders. They're really only visible to my barber now. I discovered this when I got my hair cut and washed at a new salon, and the woman washed my hair in this manner... I then noticed I had no dandruff. I thought she was psycho, but hey, if it prevents dandruff, I'll be psycho. Also, I've got to say about the base ten thing... I've got 1100011 problems and a bit ain't 1 of them. There's 10 types of people in the world, those that will get that joke, and those who won't. Keep up the fun videos!

It's a learned behavior. Probably started with the earlier Coke commercials. I am not sure about the metric system. After 60 years of a foot is 12 inches, a yard stick is 3 feet oh, I do competition fishing and the are measured in inches and pounds.

I have heard of it before....the road to nowhere.....congratulations...you found it! How many miles of dirt today? And how many miles were the straight sections? I’ve had 2 ct70’s, a CT90, and 2 CT110’s. So I think I’m speaking from experience. These bikes are underpowered for street use. Loved them for riding trails here in the mountains of WNC.But, I see them holding up traffic due to lack of power. You end up here with 6000+ pound trucks tailgating you. Use these as intended, stay off major highways.
